Building community through casual conversations.
Inspired from Caribbean culture
Liming stems from Trinidadian culture. The process of socializing, while doing nothing at the same time. Nothing is planned, but family, friends, and circles come together. You may be on your friend's front porch, at your parents house, or hanging out in a common space. Other countries have similar traditions with different names, some don’t even have names for it.

Colour - Chartreuse
Chartreuse was chosen because it highlights the playful, warm, and Caribbean nature of the words Liming.
Text & Microphone
Text: The logo features a playful hand drawn font that plays into the authentic, creative nature. The microphone in the middle reinforces the idea that this project involves discussion, highlights others, and acts as a platform to elevate others voices.
Creating Video Series
Each video is unscripted. Each discussion is in a different space of the collaborator’s choosing. The format doesn't follow a podcast, or typical interview formats. Liming is a conversation between 2 or more people. Videos are all shot on a wide format with occasional second cameras to capture close-up and more dynamic moments. If there is another person involved on the production team, another person will record video, while one person facilitates the conversation.
